- Tune inward by paying attention to how you feel. Notice each of your five senses.
- Write yourself a love note & put it somewhere you look every day. On a mirror or by a light switch, for example.
- Practice noticing the things that make you feel lucky & focus on them. The positive things & the things you are grateful for.
- Pull a tarot card to answer the question, “What should I keep in mind today;” be curious about your interpretation.
- Practice acknowledging when you are fearful so that you also recognize your bravery.
- Eat slowly and notice how food is nourishing you.
- Text a kind message to a random friend or write a positive review for a place you recently visited that brought you joy.
