  • Tune inward by paying attention to how you feel. Notice each of your five senses.
  • Write yourself a love note & put it somewhere you look every day. On a mirror or by a light switch, for example.
  • Practice noticing the things that make you feel lucky & focus on them. The positive things & the things you are grateful for.
