quick practices to realign your body’s communication system

  • Sigh deeply; practice breathing slowly & intentionally.
  • Compress your body with a hug, wrap yourself up in a blanket, or splash some cold water on your face.
  • Listen to soothing music, quiet your mind, and exist in stillness.
  • Conduct a quick body scan and direct your breath into each part of your body to relax as you do so.
  • Make an “om” noise for as long as you can.
  • Tap on one hand’s karate chop point with three or four fingers on your other hand for a quick EFT practice.
  • Use the below guide to practice a cycle of alternate nostril breathing & repeat as many times as you’d like.
